From "we've always done it this way" to live in production.
Four stages, in order, every time. Scroll to trace the line — it fills as the work actually happens.
Discovery
We sit with the people doing the work — not just their managers — and document the process as it's actually performed, including the workarounds nobody put in the manual. We're listening for volume, frequency, and where things go wrong today.
Architecture
We design the solution before writing anything: which steps become bots, which become integrations, which get cut entirely. You get a diagram and a plain-language explanation of exactly what will change, and what the fallback is if a system goes down.
Development
Bots and integrations get built in a sandboxed copy of your environment and tested against real edge cases — malformed data, timeouts, the one client who does everything differently. You see progress in short, working increments, not a single reveal at the end.
Deployment
We move to production on a schedule you approve, run in parallel with the manual process briefly to confirm output matches, then hand over monitoring so your team can see every run, every exception, every result — no black box.
And then, it flies on its own.
Most clients come back a few months later to automate the next loop. We keep a light-touch relationship so that's an easy call, not a new sales process.
